Job Description
Mode: Work from Office
Working days: Monday to Friday
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Present and promote the company s products/services to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in the system and provide necessary reports.
Requirements:
- Experience 0 1 year
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
