Miko.ai - Product Manager (3-6 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan out the product strategy of Miko Parent App and Miko Max subscription

- Identify customer needs and pain-points through research, customer feedback analysis and convert them to measurable opportunities.

- Go deep to solve problems and balance your action-bias with end-states.

- Own metrics related to various funnels and have a perspective on its current, past, and future trends based on user engagement trends.

- Brainstorming with Product leaders to convert opportunities to scalable ideas and write BRDs and PRDs

- Task prioritization via proper sprint planning while maintaining velocity and timely bug resolutions.

- Timely identification and escalation of breaks/changes in your metrics and root cause the same.

- Plan and coordinate with UX and design team, technology and business stakeholders for driving key outcomes

Requirements :

- Min 2+ years of product management experience in consumer internet products and/or B2C business.

- Experience in kids products, gaming apps is preferred

- Experience managing mobile app product

- Experience in App UI/UX and strong understanding of new user journey

- Strong business mindset with data driven decision making

- Zest for learning, hustlers and Do-ers.

- Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams

- Strong time management skills
