Finishing Engineer (Need candidate from Construction Industry)

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and execute finishing works such as plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, flooring, joinery, and other interior works.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth execution of finishing activities.
• Ensure that finishing works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify defects or non-conformities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of finishing tasks within deadlines.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Manage material requirements, usage, and wastage control.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
• Attend site meetings and resolve any technical or execution-related issues.
• Provide technical guidance to workers and subcontractors.
