If you are not Gujarati, PSP is not for you. Highly uncertainty in job. If you are not staying in companies accommodation, they will not provide you mess facilities (you can get mess facilities, if you have jack to management people)
Dislikes
Highly uncertainty in job. Discrimination in salary Appraisal. 12 to 14 hours job. Lodging facilities is pathetic.
