QualityKiosk Technologies - Automation Test Analyst - Java/Selenium (3-10 yrs)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Automation Test Analyst to join our quality engineering team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions by developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts across web, mobile, and backend platforms. Youll work closely with developers, product managers, and QA leads to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, API, and backend systems using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman, RestAssured, etc.

- Collaborate with QA Leads and Developers to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and automation frameworks.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.

- Participate in sprint planning and requirement reviews to provide early feedback on quality and testability.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Document and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for traceability and reusability.

- Report bugs in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.

- Continuously improve test coverage, tools, processes, and test automation efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in test automation.

- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.

- Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.

- Experience in testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in CI/CD integration and test reporting using tools like Allure, Extent Reports, or TestRail.

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
