Nothings good in this just one thing salary is credit on time

No job security, No growth, salary i also bad and office politics is to much here ,work environment is toxic, only one policy use it and throw it, don't have communication with client side employee client offboard anytime without giving any proper valid reason due to this worse management team i have seen in my working life, and HR are from BPO background the even don't know to behave with employee mostly this behave like they are the owner of company and management team didn't give you reply on your call and messages. don't join this company.

There is nothing about to like at which department i have worked only stress and no one were supporting. One of the worst IT companies in India.

Likes only depends upon your client. If the client you are working with is good then at least work life balance and culture will be good. Else QK is worst in terms of employees benefits

...ompany has no vision and mission just a machinery of begging money from clients. Never think of good salary and appraisal is a joke. Never ever stay here more than 2 years. If you are in bench then ugly and brainless HR will ask you to resign or threat you for termination.
