Customer Care Executive

Role & responsibilities

Creating quote for the customers who walk in or send request to Cutting Edge for stone requirement.

Night shift - 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (Mon - Friday). Sat/Sun off

Both Side Cab will be Provided

Process:
1- You get the information (through email or lead)
2- You figure out the areas that need stone countertop.
3- You Create a quote in  StoneApp! 
4- You start drawing the area and mention specification.
5- You notify them on Teams channel about the quote that you worked on.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should be able to convert dimensions from feet to inches and vice versa.
• Understanding of basic house plans or elevations. (Can figure out areas like Kitchen, Bath etc. after seeing a drawing.
• Good oral and verbal communication.
• Good at writing emails.
• Basic calculations.
• Understands dimensions (feet and inches) and basic square footage.
• Quick learner.
