We are looking for candidates with experience up to 15+ years in the industry well versed in the Sales Market pertaining to Alcobev. The State Head - Telangana and the State Head - Karnataka is responsible for leading and managing the sales activities and administration for the Telangana region and Karnataka region.
Responsible to drive volume, market share, and profitability of the Premium portfolio in South India through effective state-wise execution, channel management, and team leadership while ensuring compliance.
Academic Qualification:
- MBA in Sales and Marketing
- Desirable: Certifications with a focus on marketing or brand management.
Professional Experience:
- MBA with 15+ years in Sales with at least 5+ years in a leadership role in sales
- Experience of managing primary sales, secondary sales
- SKU wise distribution, execution, RTM management, collections, government liaising, P&L owner.
- Must be responsible for the business P&L
- Must possess excellent communication & presentation skills
- Should be ready to travel extensively
Job Description
Roles & responsibilities:
- Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
- Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience building and leading teams including hiring & staffing, developing, motivating and directing people.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships with retail customers and internal cross-functional teams
- Proven team building capabilities/strong cross-functional teammate, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.
- Strong high-volume sales fundamentals
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve product offerings.
- Prioritize resources in highest volume potential accounts, in collaboration with Agent/Distributor partners.
- Strong understanding of field sales execution and route to market design
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor a team.
- Solid route-to-market and distributor understanding.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making
