BFSI Non-IT Recruiter-Consulting firm-Delhi/Mumbai
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Good understanding of Non IT Financial services and experience in individual sourcing
- Targets driven
- Worked in consulting environment and understands the pressure /drive to excel
- Support the team lead in other transactional areas, if requested
- Maintaining daily/weekly MIS
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Experience into Recruiting/coordination for Non -Technical hiring (Financial service domain)
- Experience Range: Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in financial service recruitment
- Strong exposure in of Non- IT skills and Account management
- Experience working in Linkedin sourcing , IIMjobs , head hunting,mapping.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days
- Recruitment Life cycle, good Team player.
- Understanding the requirements and ensure deliviries with in TAT.
- Energetic, accomplished and creative personnel with great recruitment and management skills
