Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Powai, Mumbai
Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: 24 years in a similar role

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Site Measurements

• Visit potential client sites to take accurate measurements and photographs for quotation purposes.
• Share measurement data with the design team to assist in creating quotations and initial designs.
• Identify and document any on-site obstructions or modifications required.
• After order confirmation, revisit the site for final measurements and photos.
• Verify that the final site conditions match the approved drawings. Communicate any discrepancies to the designer.

2. Material Collation

• Coordinate and collect required materials from various vendors, including panels, hardware, and wire baskets.
• Prepare and maintain a detailed packing list of all materials dispatched to the site, along with dispatch dates.
• Take photographic confirmation of goods delivered to the site, clearly documenting the number of boxes and their contents.

3. Site Monitoring

• Conduct daily site visits to monitor project progress.
• Share regular photo updates of the work in progress with the team.

4. Site Handover

• Ensure that all work is completed as per the approved drawings and necessary corrections are made.
• Share completion photos with the team for client review and approval.
• Oversee site cleaning and ensure proper disposal of debris post-completion.
