Senior Analyst FP&A Business Performance

We are seeking a Senior Analyst FP&A Business Performance to join our Finance team. This is a critical individual contributor role within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization, supporting business planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, commercial insights, and compliance reporting.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to stakeholder management, working closely with both Finance and Business teams to deliver strategic and operational insight.

Note - We are looking for immediate joiner or 30 days Notice period.

It is a contractual with EY and client facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Performance & Planning: Lead performance management, budgeting, and forecasting cycles (GFO, GFR, Annual Plan), delivering accurate, timely, and insightful analysis.
  
• Financial Modelling & Commercial Analysis: Build and maintain economic models to support decision-making, conduct variance analysis, and interpret financial data with business context.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic partner to Business and Finance stakeholders, driving performance improvements and supporting executive-level presentations.
  
• Reporting & Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial controls, group policies, and reporting requirements. Monitor data quality and collaborate with Controllership/ARC.
  
• Insight Generation: Provide leadership teams with business performance insights through management reporting, KPIs, and forward-looking analytics.
  
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial systems, reporting processes, and analytical tools.
  
  
• 7+ years of FP&A experience with strong exposure to:
  
• Budgeting, Forecasting, and Planning
  
• Financial and Business Performance Reporting
  
• Cost control, Modelling, and Variance Analysis
  
• End-to-end reporting and stakeholder management
  
• Experience working in global matrix organizations and cross-functional teams
  
• Proficient in using financial tools and systems for reporting, planning, and analysis
  

Preferred:

• Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  
• Experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector
