Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Lead - Operations to support and manage day to-day logistics and supply chain operations in the e-commerce domain. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of last-mile/haul operations and a knack for coordination and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support day-to-day pickup and delivery operations in coordination with ground teams and stakeholders.
• Understand and manage last-mile and haul operations, ensuring timely and accurate connectivity.
• Track, measure, and drive performance improvement across defined KPIs and metrics.
• Publish regular performance reports with accurate and timely data visibility.
• Analyze operational data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and enhance process efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and utilize tools like Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends as per operational requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of e-commerce supply chain and logistics operations.
• Experience in or familiarity with last-mile and haul operations preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with shift and weekend flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an e-commerce or logistics organization.
• Exposure to operational metrics tracking and improvement initiatives.
