Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end recruitment for corporate and field roles (Mid to Senior Level).
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
- Drive employer branding through campus programs, social media, and recruitment marketing.
- Implement and manage ATS systems to ensure streamlined hiring operations.
Talent Management
- Support the design and execution of succession planning and HiPo identification frameworks.
- Facilitate competency-based learning programs and leadership interventions.
- Drive employee engagement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams on performance management cycles, 360-degree feedback, and culture transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition & TM, preferably in Retail, FMCG, or QSR.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/ATS tools
- Ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
