Job Description
- Conduct thorough research to identify new sales opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
- Engage in discovery calls to understand client needs and effectively communicate our value proposition
- Lead the sales process from qualification to closure, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of growth marketing strategies and how they can be applied to different client scenarios
- Work independently to achieve sales targets, with minimal reliance on the marketing team
- Utilize CRM systems effectively for tracking client interactions, managing leads, and publishing reports
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, including D2C, E-commerce, and B2B sectors
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales role within a digital agency environment
- Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets
- Strong understanding of growth marketing, performance marketing, and retention strategies.
- Experience working with D2C, E-commerce, or B2B clients
