Title: Head - Operational Integrity (HSE & Technical)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 20+ Years.

Reporting to: Position reports to the CEO; Will be a member of a Leadership team comprising of various Business Delivery &Support functions withina matrix managedorganization to support several contracted Assets for O & M and Project Delivery.

Direct report positions: Direct Reports willbe a team comprising of HSE engineers and Engineering Discipline Technical Authorities skilled in providing technical expertise on matters pertaining to their discipline

Position Goal: The Head - Operational Integrity bears overall accountability for the HSE & Technical Management Systems, Embedded Processes, Technical Assurance and site support for Safeguarding Health, Safety, Environment, Operational Risk and associated Governance of the organization. This role oversees HSE & Technical matters from an Operational Risk & Governance perspective whilst leading a team of Engineering Discipline Technical Authorities and HSE professionals to meet the intended purpose.

Experience Needed

- 20 years' Oil & Gas experience in a technical function of Oil &Gas (ie; HSE / Operations Maintenance / Engineering or combination). Experience in Upstream is necessary.

- Proven track record of implementation of HSE norms and principles at senior management level

- Minimum 10 years' experience in 'Leading' and' Managing' People

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Provide technical input including preparation/ review/ approval of design documentation for Plant modifications to existing O & M assets and for Brownfield Projects

- Support Operations in the development of the Operations Assurance Plan that describes the operational activities, assurance requirements and deliverables, including plans necessary for 'ready for handover' and commissioning of newly contracted assets.

- Demonstrate visible Leadership and Commitment to excellent HSE performance in support of the Company's objectives and CEO's accountabilities.

- Ensure that HSE &Technical Risks are determined through effective and robust risk assessments and reduced to a level that is As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP)

- Prepare reports to support the flow of key information to the Management & Leadership team.

- Conduct key HSE Management review meetings to sustain performance and Continuous Improvement

- Provide technical expertise, guidance andadvice to the business on matters relating to HSE and technical assurance

Skills:

Excellent leadership and management skills.

Good understanding and knowledge of the Operations and Maintenance/HSE, Technical & contractual matters and their interdependencies related to Oil & Gas operating assets / projects.
