Data Analyst - Tableau/QlikSense (8-12 yrs)

A day in the life of a Data Analyst :

- Address and solve complex business issues using large amounts of data

- Have a clear understanding of the end-to-end analytics journey as well as define and deliver the data roadmap

- Undertake qualitative, quantitative and desktop research to uncover actionable insights that can improve solutions and identify new opportunities.

- Prepare actionable insights and do trend analysis using the data

- Support key data platform and/or data scheduling jobs to support insights delivery to key audiences (e. frontline, other tribes)

- Lead, optimise, design and execute business interventions (customers and operational) to uplift customer engagement and business performance

- Consult with stakeholders to understand the business problem and collaborate with other data practitioners to define and deliver an appropriate data solution

- Enable data-driven decisions and customer outcomes

- Have a clear understanding of the end-to-end analytics journey as well as define and deliver the Tribe data roadmap

- Communicate/Interpret analytics result and details with business and stakeholders

- Communicating insights and models through impactful data visualisation and storytelling

What will you bring ?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following :

- 8+ years experience in Data Analytics preferably in Banking/ financial domain.

- Strong exposure of data visualisation tools (QlikSense/ Tableau)

- Experience using languages such as SQL, Python,

- Strong usage of agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.

- Previous experience with Business Intelligence/ Data Visualisation Tools with proven track record of developing reports/dashboards

- Previous data programming, data analytics and/or data managemen
