TCS is hiring SERVICENOW ITSM/CMDB/HRSD/ITOM

Role: DEVELOPER

Total Experience Range: 4- 12 years

Mode of Interview: Face to face (Direct)

Must-Have

• Experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer and Implementing Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, or Service Catalog, Mobile App, Virtual Agent
• Ability to configure ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plans
• Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing
• Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with SQL query creation and LDAP Query for connecting to and pulling data from Oracle, MySQL databases and AD respectively
• Worked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development, test, staging and production environments that are reliable with high availability
• Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
• Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Responsibilities:

• Expert in ServiceNow Architecting, Designing, Developing, and deploying large scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong analytical skills to identify problem and recommend solution that meets business requirements.
• 3+ years of professional services/consulting experience.
• Proven success on projects with large-scale deployments; understanding of application life-cycle management.
• experience soliciting and documenting requirements and evolving these requirements into successful solutions
• Consults with Process and Business Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in
