Tech Lead(architect) Full Stack (MERN)UI/UX Architect (10+ Years)UI/UX Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing and leading frontend architecture across web and mobile platforms(mobile platforms is nice to have).
Will define the UI/UX vision, architect scalable and secure solutions using React.js, React Native, and Node.js, and ensure seamless integration with GCP Cloud Monitoring and observability tools.
Need to authenticate with the GCP services using SSO.Key Skills:Frontend architecture (React.js), Design Systems, Node.jsUI/UX strategy and leadershipIntegration with GCP services (Cloud Monitoring, API Gateway, IAM)

Management is almost non existent. If you are lucky, you will get a good team or else be prepared to work as one man army. No raise even after working hard. Long hours and weekend work is common. Customers generally find ways to blame techM for their incompetency and management simply accepts it and blanes team.
