Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and versatile Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in user interface development, identity and access management (IAM), and backend programming using PHP and Python
- The ideal candidate will have hands on experience integrating LDAP directories, implementing Single Sign On (SSO) solutions, and building secure, user friendly web applications
- We are looking for a High Availability (HA) Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain resilient infrastructure systems that ensure maximum uptime and performance
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in redundancy strategies, failover mechanisms, distributed systems, and infrastructure automation
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, accessible, and intuitive web user interfacesDesign and implement high availability architectures across cloud and on prem environmentsDevelop and maintain failover strategies, load balancing, and disaster recovery plansMonitor system performance and availability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or Zabbix
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible, Terraform, or PuppetCollaborate with DevOps, SRE, and application teams to ensure HA best practices are followed

- Job security - Good
Management is almost non existent. If you are lucky, you will get a good team or else be prepared to work as one man army. No raise even after working hard. Long hours and weekend work is common. Customers generally find ways to blame techM for their incompetency and management simply accepts it and blanes team.
