- Skills : CATIA V5, PLM Tools (Teamcenter, Enovia)
- Able to work on end to end design & development lifecycle for plastic trim components (Door trims, Instrument Panel, Center Console, Headliners etc)Analyze styling inputs and finalize concepts
- To Perform detailed checks related to regulations
- Good knowledge in plastic defects along with Tooling conditions
- Validate packaging feasibility with environment parts , ensure technical signoff, BOMs, complexity matrices and manage RFQ packages
- Able to work Teamcenter and Enovia for BOM, ECR/ECO release, and documentation
- Exposure risk matrices, fishbone diagrams, and mitigation plans with clarity
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership

Frankly speaking nothing much I like in TechM.
Keeping the inflation rate aside people working in Tech Mahindra does not even get the hikes, meeting inflation rate is something far from imagination. Never expect work life balance if you are willing to join in TechM.
