Job Title: Customer Service Representative - UK, Canadian And Australian Process

About the Role -

We are seeking skilled and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Canadian Telecom process team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria -

- Graduate/Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of international voice process experience

- Maximum gap of 3 months in employment; no exceptions

- No cash-in-hand experience

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)

Shift Details -

- Shift window for Canadian Process: 6 pm to 10 am (any 9 hours and 30 minutes of shifts)

- Shift window for UK Process: 12:30 pm to 2:30 am (any 9 hours and 30 minutes of shifts)

- Shift window for Australian Process: 2:30 am to 4:30 pm (any 9 hours and 30 minutes of shifts)

Salary -

- For candidates with below 18 months of international experience: up to 5LPA

- For candidates with above 18 months of international experience: up to 5.5 LPA CTC

- Note: Salary will be discussed and validated based on salary slips

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers

- Resolve customer queries and concerns

- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Meet or exceed performance targets

- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals
