Roles & Responsibilities:
- Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming, or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
- Understanding client requirements and offering product; accordingly, answering potential customers questions and follow-up call questions.
- Need to adhere to the shift adherence.
- Good Communication skills required.

Dislikes
I don't like Teleperformance support staff because they don't want anyone to get promoted and never help. I was selected for a Team Leader role after one year and completed my training along with 10 other experts. However, I waited for six months, but they never provided me with the Team Leader documents
