Role & responsibilities
- 58 years of experience in end-to-end non-IT recruitment, with a strong focus on BPO hiring
- Prior experience managing and mentoring a recruiting team
- Demonstrated success in handling lateral and senior-level mandates
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong sense of ownership, flexibility, and ability to work under tight timelines
- Immediate availability or short notice period is highly desirable
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple business lines and locations
- Manage bulk, lateral, and senior-level hiring specifically within BPO and shared services domains
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop strategic sourcing plans
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to deliver on hiring targets and performance metrics
- Utilize a mix of sourcing strategies including job portals, social platforms, campus drives, and referrals
- Ensure seamless candidate experience, process compliance, and continuous improvement in recruitment practices
- Monitor and analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruitment performance
