Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new salon partners for B2B product/service distribution.
• Develop strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
• Promote and sell salon-related products (e.g., cosmetics, beauty equipment, software solutions).
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions as needed.
• Manage and grow sales pipeline through cold calls, visits, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and client requirements.
• Maintain CRM entries and generate regular reports for sales tracking.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales; experience in the salon, wellness, or beauty sector is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
