Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment lead to lead a team and drive hiring strategies for top technology clients.
Ideal candidates must have strong experience working with System Integrators (SIs) and Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and coach a team of recruiters; track performance and targets.
- Client Engagement: Act as the point of contact for clients; build long-term relationships.
- Hiring Operations: Oversee end-to-end tech recruitment; ensure timely, quality hires.
- Strategy & Planning: Align hiring plans with client needs and market trends.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on IT skills and trends; use data to improve hiring.
- Compliance & Metrics: Track KPIs, manage recruitment budgets, and ensure process adherence.
- Employer Branding: Ensure great candidate experience and promote employer brand.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's/master's in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience: 3 to 5+ years in tech staffing, team management, working with SIs/GCCs.
Skills:
Deep knowledge of IT roles.
- Strong sourcing & interviewing skills.
- Excellent client communication.
- ATS and job board proficiency.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setup.
