About Department
The Human Resources department enables TresVista's people to catalyze our clients impact. The department is responsible for recruitment, managing compensation and benefits, maximizing employee productivity and wellbeing, reviewing performance, enhancing employee lifecycle, and other aspects that affect the firm and its people. Talent Acquisition is a function tasked with chalking out a strategic approach to identifying, assessing, and acquiring skilled employees for meeting organizational needs. Other than recruitment, the team is responsible for employer branding, future resource planning, diversifying the organizations labor force, and developing a robust candidate pipeline
Overview
The Sr. Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition will be responsible for finding, recruiting and hiring best-in-class talent. They will maintain effective working relations with stakeholders and execute ideas for improving the Talent Acquisition process and outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Understanding the department requirements and assisting in creating a recruitment plan
• Reviewing and regularly updating job descriptions
• Screening and sourcing potential candidates through job portals to fulfil staffing needs
• Managing job openings on job portals, reaching out to candidates, and maintaining database
• Developing creative ways to attract the right talent by sourcing and identifying potential candidates using various online portals
• Receiving and reviewing candidate applications, shortlisting candidates, and conducting initial screening calls
• Managing assessments and coordinating for interviews
• Manage offer formalities and oversee the post-offer engagement process
• Assisting in execution for data analysis and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel
Prerequisites
• Preferred candidates experienced in hiring for IT/Tech/BFSI domain
• Attention to detail
• Excellent command on Excel and PowerPoint
• Maintaining confidentiality of information
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
Experience
2 to 6 years of relevant work experience
Education
Graduate in any discipline
