Job Description
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients on SAP PS (Procurement to Pay) module, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions using SAP PS functionality.
- Troubleshoot complex procurement processes, including PO creation, vendor management, and contracting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced costs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP PS consulting or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in BCA or equivalent; MBA/PGDBM preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of FICO, FI, PS modules within SAP ERP system.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex business problems.
