Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Utility pipe size calculation like water, compressed air, steam fire hydrant etc. Head loss calculation. MOC selection of pipe.
- Plumbing pipes, fittings and fixtures selection.
- Plumbing BOQ preparation, Utility piping BOQ, Insulation BOQ.
- HVAC design, Duct Design, Heat Load calculation.
- AutoCAD design & drafting.
- Co-ordination with external consultant & internal team for smooth flow of project activities.
- Review the drawings & do necessary updation as per site & standards.
- Review/Preparation of Utility BoQs, DBRs & Tender documents and Software generated reports.
- Coach the team for ensuring execution quality work w.r.t. design and standards.
- Synchronize activities with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation counterparts & address their concerns for smooth execution.
- Maintain As-built drawings related to Utility. Ensuring compliance to SHE & Statutory
