Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for business and tech functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies.
- Own the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics to continuously improve hiring metrics.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates using diverse sourcing techniques.
- Represent Unacademys employer brand in the market; drive engagement campaigns and hiring events.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 57 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup.
- Proven success in hiring across business, product, operations roles.
- Experience working with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, or similar).
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities (LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, AngelList, etc.).
