Deputy Vice President - Product & Strategy - Machinery Loan (8-15 yrs)

We are hiring for Deputy Vice President -Product and Strategy (Machinery Loan) for a reputed NBFC

Location: Pune

- Product Strategy & Development: Define the product roadmap and strategy for machine loans, working capital, business loans, and solar rooftop funding. Continuously evaluate market trends and customer needs to shape and refine product offerings.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, risk, compliance, and business development teams to ensure seamless product launch and execution.

- Business Analytics: Leverage business analytics to monitor product performance, identify key trends, and create actionable insights to optimize the products. Ensure the use of data-driven approaches to shape product decisions and strategies.

- External Intelligence & Competition Tracking: Continuously track market for any trends, market happenings, competition & its products, business strategies, customer specific developments and overall macro picture. It is expected to present this to the senior management on frequent basis for any decision making.

- Risk Management & Compliance: Collaborate with the risk and compliance teams to ensure all products meet regulatory standards and effectively manage risk.

- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product enhancements and iterations based on customer feedback and market conditions.

- Operational Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance to achieve business objectives. Ensure products are aligned with profitability targets and operational efficiency.

- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing product team. Foster a collaborative environment and drive innovation within the team.
