Project Manager - Retail Outlets (8-15 yrs)

We are hiring for Project manager for a reputed QSR brand

Location - Kolkata

Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects for retail outlets from concept through handover.

- Oversee multiple project sites simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost control.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to drive timely and successful project delivery.

- Prepare BOQs from drawings in line with standard specifications and industry benchmarks.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety norms, sequence of execution, and industry best practices.

- Conduct market rate analysis and negotiate with vendors and contractors as needed.

- Track project timelines and ensure milestone-based execution through effective planning and coordination.

- Maintain high standards of quality workmanship and site management.

- Prepare regular reports and communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Civil / Mechanical).

- 8-10 years of proven experience in retail interior fit-out projects.

- Sound understanding of execution standards, project costing, and BOQ preparation.

- Ability to influence and manage contractors to meet project deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

- Willingness to travel and stay at project locations for extended durations.

- Proficiency in local language will be an added advantage.
