Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and engaging Sales Promoters / Product Demonstrators to represent Miko in retail stores, malls, events, and exhibitions. Your primary responsibility will be to educate potential customers, especially parents, about Mikos features, demonstrate product usage, and drive sales conversions by creating a positive and interactive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively demonstrate the Miko Robot to walk-in customers and visitors.

Explain features, benefits, and usage in an engaging, easy-to-understand manner.

Address customer questions and provide product comparisons with clarity.

Showcase how Miko enhances a childs learning, creativity, and emotional development.

Generate leads and convert walk-in inquiries into sales.

Set up and maintain product displays, kiosks, and demo zones.

Maintain knowledge of current promotions, offers, and competitor products.

Provide daily/weekly feedback on customer responses and market trends to the team.

Ensure excellent customer service and uphold Miko's brand image at all times.

Requirements:

12th Pass / Graduate in any stream; Diploma in Marketing/Sales preferred.

1+ year of experience in direct sales, product demonstrations, or customer service; electronics/toy/tech products preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to engage with children and parents.

Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for technology and innovation.

Basic understanding of how to operate tech gadgets or mobile apps.

Fluency in English and local language(s) is preferred.

Working Hours & Conditions:

Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and during promotional events.

Flexibility to travel locally for in-store activations or exhibitions.
