Unimoni Financial Services - Branch Head (5-10 yrs)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

- Drive branch-level business by implementing effective sales and lead generation strategies.

- Explore new business avenues through local networking, partnerships, and market assessments.

- Ensure consistent performance across all product verticals: Forex, Gold Loans, Travel & Holidays.

- Work towards achieving branch sales targets and profitability goals.

Branch Operations Management:

- Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch including customer service, cash handling, compliance, and documentation.

- Monitor productivity of branch staff, optimize workflow, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

- Ensure proper upkeep, audit readiness, and timely reporting of operational data.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, train, and mentor a team of relationship managers, sales executives, and operations staff.

- Set performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and manage team morale and retention.

- Ensure all team members are aligned with company goals and compliance standards.
