Marketing Executive

This opening is with one of our clients who is actively hiring for Growth Marketing Executive in Bengaluru!

Someone who has:

• 3-5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, lead tracking, and campaign attribution
• Proven track record of generating leads for US-based markets
• Familiarity with full-funnel lead gen strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.
• Ability to optimize campaigns toward quality leadsnot just volume
• US client lead-gen experience is a strong plus

What you will do:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Manage budgets, monitor spend, and improve cost-per-lead (CPL)
• Track and analyze leads through HubSpot, ensuring correct attribution across paid channels
• Report campaign performance with insights and actionable recommendations
• Set up experiments and A/B tests to improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams for aligned demand-gen efforts
• Research and implement keyword strategies for optimal ROI
• Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes and trends
