- Source, screen, and engage with top-tier candidates for a variety of IT requirements, including both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent hiring.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Coordinate interviews efficiently between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes in the IT sector.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of solid experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of various technologies and IT skill sets (e. , programming languages, cloud platforms, databases, development methodologies).
- Hands-on experience working on IT requirements for both C2H and Permanent hiring.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Exposure to EY requirements is preferred
