Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Build techno-commercial proposals within the given time frame.
- Should be a liaison between sales, team mates, purchase and finance team.
- Ongoing maintenance of Renewal Report including initiating for pricing, internal coordination and update the report with latest updates.
- Coordination with distributors / manufacturers for pricing and other details.
- Creating Sales Orders within SAP for the POs received from customers and submitting all the supporting documents to purchase team for processing the order on distributor / Manufacturer.
- Coordinate with Internal stakeholders / clients & collect data to process the order internally.
- Uploading order processing related documents to purchase history on daily basis.
- Ready to accept expansion of work once familiar with all the above-mentioned job responsibilities in consideration with timely demand of additional responsibilities as & when required.
