Project / Plant Head- Metal Fabrication

Job Description:

- Plant/Project Head will oversee Plant Manufacturing Unit including project management, supply quality development, team management, budgeting, business planning and operations /execution.

- Facilitate and manage the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing environment for the facility. Makes routine process checks and adjusts equipment or work practices according to standard operating procedures.

- Responsible for planning, executing and overseeing projects from conception to completion, Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop project timelines and budgets. Allocate resources, track progress, and manage project risks.

- Develop and execute business plans supporting manufacturing objectives including the development and implementation of strategies, processes, and programs.

- Maximize productive capabilities to achieve customer satisfaction while attaining operating cost and goals.

- Manage overall product quality to ensure all standards and specifications support the Quality system.

Qualification:

- At least15 years experience in high-volume manufacturing in light engineering preferably in fabrication / stamping / automotive / sheet metal.

- Bachelor in Mechanical, Production or Electrical Engineering

- Knowledge of quality systems, APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.

- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance TS16949, ISO45001/OHSAS18001, and ISO14001

- Experience in Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development.

- Understanding of Lean principles.
