Overview:

- The Head of Quality will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire quality assurance function within the stainless steel long steel manufacturing plant.

- This includes ensuring the production of high-quality steel products, implementing and maintaining quality control systems, and driving continuous improvement across all manufacturing processes.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management within the steel industry, with a strong focus on long steel production, and will be a leader in driving quality culture across the plant.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

- Additional certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, etc.) are a plus.

Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management within the steel manufacturing industry, specifically in stainless steel or long steel production.

- At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing quality teams and managing quality systems in a manufacturing environment.

- Hands-on experience with quality control, process optimization, and product testing in the steel industry.

- Experience with the implementation of ISO certifications, quality audits, and customer-specific requirements.
