Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Associate Manager / Manager Digital Marketing with a background in the Ed-Tech industry to join our Bangalore team.
The ideal candidate will bring 610 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of revenue generation and growth through strategic digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Campaign Planning: Design and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies tailored for the Ed-Tech audience, including lead generation for student enrollments, B2B education services, and more.
- Channel Ownership: Run and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Revenue Growth: Focus on maximizing ROI and cost-efficiency by targeting the right audience, using lookalike strategies, funnel optimizations, and budget alignment to increase enrollment or sales numbers.
- SEO & SEM: Lead organic and paid initiatives, with a focus on long-tail keywords and content marketing strategies suited for education products and services.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign KPIs (CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV) using Google Analytics and marketing dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights and continuous improvement plans.
- CRM & Email Automation: Build and manage student/lead nurture campaigns using CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
- Influencer & PR Coordination: Collaborate with educational influencers, webinars, YouTube educators, and PR agencies for brand credibility and content reach.
- Team Leadership: Manage a small team of digital marketers and freelancers, assigning responsibilities and ensuring deliverables are met in line with campaign timelines.
- Market Insights: Stay updated with trends in the Ed-Tech space, including competitor movements, new platforms (like Quora/Reddit), and student behavior shifts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 to 10 years in digital marketing with recent or strong experience in Ed-Tech.
- Education: Bachelor's or Masters in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Tools Expertise: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho), Email tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid).
- Certifications: Preferred Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Inbound Certification.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience running campaigns for student enrollment funnels.
- Familiarity with Ed-Tech customer personas (students, parents, institutions).
- Experience in handling campaigns for course promotions, webinars, and online certifications.
- Creative and analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven Ed-Tech marketing environment.
