Total 6+ years of experience, need someone with more formal experience as a Product Manager working with ServiceNow HRSD.

• 2+ years expertise with ServiceNow HRSD as a product strategy leader
• Ability to successfully translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering/delivery team
• Innovative mindset to evaluate new or evolving capabilities on the HRSD platform and provide consulting back to business stakeholders as to how we can leverage these capabilities to solve high-priority challenges
• Ability to use data to justify why we would pursue an initiative, and why we would not
• Ability to partner with a team of product managers to collaborate on cross-product deliverables
• Daily participation and engagement in delivery team standups to ensure successful completion of sprint deliverables
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
