Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Software Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient backend services, APIs, and applications using Python.

- Architectural Contribution : Actively participate in architectural discussions, contributing to the design of new features and systems, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

- Technical Leadership & Mentorship : Provide technical leadership and guidance to mid-level and junior developers, conducting code reviews, and promoting best coding practices and design patterns.

- System Optimization : Optimize existing code for performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

- API Development : Develop and integrate with RESTful APIs, and potentially GraphQL, ensuring seamless communication between services.

- Database Interaction : Work with various database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) to design schemas, optimize queries, and manage data effectively.

- Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, data scientists, and QA engineers to understand requirements and deliver integrated solutions.

- Testing & Quality : Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high code quality and system stability.

- Stay Current : Continuously research and evaluate new Python libraries, frameworks, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- 5+ years of progressive professional experience as a Python Developer.

- Strong proficiency in Python and its core libraries, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

- Extensive experience with at least one major Python web framework (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).

- Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.

- Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).

- Experience with Git for version control.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to tackle complex technical challenges.

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and

collaborate effectively
