I have joined this company as an experienced professional. The culture is good, management is good. Specially in my onboarding, HR was good. She has handled everything very positively. My first day of joining was very much memorable. Company provided with delicious lunch and a joining kit on the very same day of my joining, which was an awesome experience. There happened a bell ceremony and every one clapped on my joining, which was so memorable experience. This has touched my heart very much. During course of my working, I wanted to tell everyone that this company is very much customer centric, and we all PC's give very best services to our client. There is a proper schedule maintained and we all follow different geographies accordingly. We give services to the client in real time and this was appreciated by the clients too. I have flexible work from home for any late night client project delivery, which is also an important aspect to share. For a women, they take care of all security aspects which is really good.
