I have had a very positive experience working with this company The organization follows a strong and healthy work culture with transparent communication. Everyone is approachable and collaboration is genuinely encouraged. As a product, project and service based company, there are lot of opportunities to grow and learn. You get to work on diverse projects and expand your capabilities continuously. The management understands the importance of work-life balance and makes a conscious effort to ensure employees are not overwhelmed. While there can occasionally be delays in salary if client payments are held up, the company is open about it and strives to provide fair increments. Promotions are merit based and the leadership team is always supportive and willing to listen. The company doesn't give up on underperformers.
