I have had a very positive experience working with this company The organization follows a strong and healthy work culture with transparent communication. Everyone is approachable and collaboration is genuinely encouraged. As a product, project and service based company, there are lot of opportunities to grow and learn. You get to work on diverse projects and expand your capabilities continuously. The management understands the importance of work-life balance and makes a conscious effort to ensure employees are not overwhelmed. While there can occasionally be delays in salary if client payments are held up, the company is open about it and strives to provide fair increments. Promotions are merit based and the leadership team is always supportive and willing to listen. The company doesn't give up on underperformers. Instead, they actively work with them to help improve and grow into their roles. We are encouraged to contribute ideas and suggestions which gives a strong sense of ownership and satisfaction in work we do. Sometimes there are delays in salary due to client payment cycles, but it's communicated transparently. As a rowing company, some internal processes are still being streamlined, but the management is actively working on it.

I got selected for the software developer. As immediate joiner I requested them to give 4-5 days break they say first ok you can take and in next week they will call me for the documentation for the offer letter. They didn’t call me and after follow ups. They said remote position is closed only work from office position is availableand for that I have to give the intervIew again….. seriously do not recommend this company also on call they as of now its remote but you have to come if required after the interview instead of before scheduling the interview...Read More

To be honest, there isn't much I find particularly enjoyed about working at GigLabz.

Dislikes

Giglabz know how to take there work from employees and make there job done. They never think about there employees, weather you perform well or not. And below is the list of dislike's which may help other developers before joining GigLabz: - Salary issues, never get paid on time (you will be paid by 25th - 27th) - Forget about timings, there is no working hours. I feel even if you work 24 hrs that not enough for them - No Promotion - No job Security - Work Performance / Quality doesn't matter - Unusually developer will be added to PIP - Even you work hard, that will not be recognized - Ask to work on weekends and will be notified at Friday evening - If you refuse to work on weekends, you will be added on PIP...Read More
