Unsupportive management. Unsupportive manager’s who you will be working with. Unethical employees with zero basic managerial skills. Poor behaviour employees and few in the middle management and HOD’s as well. Company only acknowledged the work of employees who are favourite to the management team. Hr doesn't hold any power. As manger is jstt free to do anything with the employee whether to disrespect or misbehave with them. And they jstt give job to unemployed youth and after 3 mnth taking reference amount jstt ask them to leave the company.
