Ntt gets great projects to work with and good opportunity to develop skills.

Dislikes

No promotion, no hike to people working towards betterment of the organisation, instead less knowledgeable people get promoted without analysing any performance by manager.

Good to start the career as fresher and good job security.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Dirty politics and promotions are always given to manager's favourites or their family members who has zero knowledge and to the people who do bucketing. There is no work life balance. Managers ask their team members to come to office every day even during emergency but they themself don't come to office. NTT data is a very good company but it is getting spoiled because of the managers.
