Good work life balance. If you're in a project with a lot of scope of exploring different stacks, it does benefit you immensely.

No proper hikes, the scope of work is also bad but it differs from team to team. Some are doing explorative work. Others are just managing legacy code.

You get to work on latest technology stacks. Exposure to Healthcare domain. Unlimited sick leaves. If you lucky you might get some talented colleagues and Manager

Dislikes

No perks. Health insurance is quite basic. Travel freeze most of the time. Cost cutting everywhere. HR are non existent. People say that company used to have a culture before, but doesn't seems like now. Layoffs have beacome quite common now. Salary hikes are quite minimal.
