Reason to join: Great Learning Opportunity for Freshers (0-3 Years): If you're in the early years of your career, this company offers a good learning environment where you can enhance your skills. Regular Promotions (Up to a Certain Point): Hardworking employees receive promotions regularly, but career growth tends to plateau after a few years. Supportive Seniors: Seniors are approachable and helpful, making it easier to learn and grow. Timely Salary Payments: Salaries are always credited on time....Read More
Reason not to join: Ineffective HR Department and poor management: The management is utterly incompetent, enforcing rigid, anti-employee policies that make workers feel like disposable cogs rather than valued professionals. HR is nothing more than a glorified attendance-tracking unit, completely useless when it comes to addressing real concerns. Any issue raised is dismissed with the same empty directive to "drop an email," which is nothing more than a black hole—ensuring nothing gets resolved and leaving employees feeling ignored and exploited Limited Holidays: With just four holidays (Republic day, Independence day, Holi and Diwali) a year and only Sundays off, the company exploits employees with no concern for their work-life balance. Rigid Office Timings: Even a one-minute delay in punching in leads to salary deductions, thanks to the company's ever-changing, exploitative policies. Lunch breaks are brutally restricted to one hour, and if you're just two minutes late, you're left standing outside like a schoolchild until HR and your manager decide to let you in. This humiliating treatment strips engineers of their professional dignity, reducing them to nothing more than disposable laborers. No Leave Encashment Policy: Unused leaves cannot be converted into cash. Focus on Quantity Over Quality: The management prioritizes output volume rather than work quality, leaving employees with insufficient time to complete tasks properly. Unreasonable Overtime Expectations: Employees are treated unfairly, forced to work at least two extra hours beyond office hours. Leaving on time is treated as incompetence, while those who sacrifice their personal time are the only ones favored by management. To make things worse, just as you're about to go home, they give you new work and expect it to be finished overnight. This toxic system values overwork instead of real productivity, making the workplace feel like a prison. Poor Travel Allowance: Employees traveling for work are treated like beggars, given a pathetic daily allowance of just ₹110 to ₹200 across India—an amount that barely covers a decent meal. To make matters worse, hotel expenses are capped at a disgraceful ₹600 per night, forcing employees into filthy, third-rate accommodations. This shameless cost-cutting shows how little the company values its workers, expecting them to suffer while pretending to support them. Unjustified Salary Deductions and Lack of Essential Work Resources: The company shamelessly extorts ₹1,000–₹2,000 per month as a so-called security deposit for two years, on top of deducting from salary increments. There’s no gratuity, making it clear they have no intention of rewarding loyalty. New employees are left stranded without laptops or desktops for months, and even when they do get one, essential software is often missing—forcing them to struggle without basic tools. Lack of Festive Celebrations and Employee Refreshments: This company treats its employees like machines, completely ignoring their well-being. Festivals, including New Year, are outright neglected—there’s no celebration, no appreciation, nothing. On rare occasions, they might throw some panipuri at employees as a pathetic excuse for a festival treat. There are no tea breaks, and the office doesn’t even bother providing proper tea or refreshments, proving they couldn’t care less about employee comfort. Unfair Promotions and High Attrition Impacting Work Quality: The management promotes those who engage in flattery, while hardworking employees receive no recognition, leading to high attrition of skilled workers. Instead of retaining experienced employees, the company hires freshers, which ultimately lowers the quality of work. Lack of Respect for Experienced Employees: The company treats experienced employees like disposable tools—using them until they’re worn out and then tossing them aside. Over time, respect for them vanishes, and they are burdened with endless challenges instead of recognition. Pushed to their limits, they are left with no choice but to resign, while management couldn’t care less about the loss of real talent. In summary, freshers may tolerate the downsides for experience, but for experienced employees, joining would be a regrettable mistake and an absolute no. If the company doesn’t change its management rules and regulations, it will continue to lose its valuable employees...Read More
