Hey team, I want to know about Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, Capgemini etc like MNCs; how much time does the HR take when you qualify 1-2 rounds including HR and Technical? And do they really get back to you or respond if select/reject you? How much their job portals are useful, updated and trusted for checking your applicants status like (Workday, Ripple hire, HirePro etc)? 👉Comments made by the employees of these companies would be appreciated and helpful.

Based on my experience: Infosys released my offer letter 1 month after the HR round(Year 2021). This was the worst experience, HR was not even responding after the interview and after 1 month the offer was sent to my mail. I joined the company, but left the company soon, as there was no work life balance and the work pressure was so bad that I had to work on weekends also without any extra pay or allowance. I dropped my resignation without even having an offer in hand. Capgemini released my offer letter 1 week after the HR round(Year 2019). I was an immediate joiner at that time. Wipro released my offer letter 2 weeks after the HR round(Year 2022) - HR informed that the delay is due to their internal application issue. FIS released my offer letter after a week after my HR round(Year 2022). They didn't consider my counter offer which I had before attending the interview here. Mindtree released my offer letter 1 week after the HR round(Year 2022). They revised the offer letter when I got a counter offer. Hope this helped.

Hey everyone, I'm facing an issue. Accenture gave me the offer letter on October 31st. Then we had an open house session where it was mentioned that my training would start online from November 20th, and before that, I would receive an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) that I need to accept. I accepted it, but my training still hasn't started. I raised a ticket, and they are now saying that I haven't accepted the NDA, even though I sent them proof that I accepted it. Still, I haven't received any response, and I don't have any HR contact number. What should I do now? Any suggestions? Also, how many people are facing this issue?

I don't work there but one of my friend told me that they reply back within 2 weeks after the interview. I hope it helps 👍

My Brother-in-law works in Infosys, he told me that it might take 4-5 days for HR to respond, and once qualified, they will provide an acceptance letter soon but joining might take some time.
