...g opportunities and work life balance is depends on the project you are working. Shift allowance is good , monthly and quarterly variable pay.

Nothing as such but need to stretch work sometimes to co ordinate with on site team.

Wfh and advance salary options. They are given other benefits that boosts the moral of employees

Not 100% job security, if they focus on providing permanent job then there is no competition for Amazon

...s cause the competition is tough with many people being stuck on the same level. Hence growth remains stagnant but salary increases of course.
